环境贡献价值「Blue Value

大多数化学产品都要经过生产、加工成最终产品、实际使用、废弃等各种各样的生命周期。将产品在生命周期的各个阶段是如何减少环境负担的信息与利益相关者共享,让产品对环境做出进一步的贡献。根据这个思路,以实现未来社会“环境以及调和共生社会”为目标,设定了2015年的环境贡献值Blue Value
根据独立的环境影响评价指标Blue ValueIndex,按用途对产品・服务分别进行评价,最终确认将符合“减少CO2排放”、“节约资源”和“与自然共存”三项环境贡献要素的产品认定为Blue Value产品。
Blue Value的认定条件是:将其与市场标准品或本公司过去的产品相比较并进行相对评价,不单单是论哪个判定项目较为优胜,而是需要在各生命周期的判定项目里没有较为劣势的点。另外,引入定性评价或半定量评价,虽然是能简易进行评价的系统,但根据必要性,可变为由LCA担当部门对环境贡献优势性进行专门的、定量的评价的体制。

LCA(Life Cycle Assessment):
这是通过对产品的开发、制造、运输、使用、废弃等所有阶段进行定量评价环境影响的方法。

GHG emission-related global warming substances, chemical substances harmful to ecosystems, and environmental pollutants are targeted for substances whose characterization factors have been calculated in LIME2.
